L-3 Telemetry-East has developed a unique, modular product consisting of a PCM encoder and S-Band transmitter used in projectile test applications. These units can be modified to accommodate virtually any requirement and can be physically repackaged to meet a wide variety of form factors, depending on installation needs.

L-3 Telemetry-East manufactures a wide variety of telemetry ground equipment, including receivers, complete computer-controlled ground stations, and a wide variety of support products servicing the range telemetry, space data, signal intelligence, and satellite Telemetry, Tracking and Control (TT&C) communities. These products include configurations suitable for rack mount, modules for VME chassis and PC applications, and complete turnkey installations.

The ST-3000 Telemetry Transmitter is designed for operation in Aerospace environments where size, weight and power efficiencies are critical. This evolutionary Transmitter extends battery life while incorporating Ultra High Power Efficiency, Full Isolation, and Serial Loaded Programmability. All this with the performance, quality and reliability you’ve come to expect of L-3 Telemetry East Transmitter products. The ST-3000 continues the legacy of the extremely successful ST-800 series of Telemetry Transmitters.
The ST-3000 is available in 2, 5, and 10-Watt models and offers two versions in order to suit every Frequency and Deviation Sensitivity requirement needed. Center Frequency and Deviation Sensitivity can be programmed in the serial loaded version via a serial communications port using a basic PC (personal computer.) Or, for those applications where a single frequency is desired, the ST-3000 can be factory set for the specific frequency required for your mission/application. Both versions feature field adjustable deviation sensitivity.
The ST-3000’s internal modules (modulator, regulator, and power amplifier) are housed in separate machined enclosures to maximize RF isolation, while providing a rigid and robust mechanical design able to withstand the harshest of missile, weapons and aircraft mission environments. All units are subjected to these rigorous environmental testing requirements to
ensure reliable operation under extreme mission conditions every time.
