L-3 Telemetry-East has developed a unique, modular product consisting of a PCM encoder and S-Band transmitter used in projectile test applications. These units can be modified to accommodate virtually any requirement and can be physically repackaged to meet a wide variety of form factors, depending on installation needs.

L-3 Telemetry-East manufactures a wide variety of telemetry ground equipment, including receivers, complete computer-controlled ground stations, and a wide variety of support products servicing the range telemetry, space data, signal intelligence, and satellite Telemetry, Tracking and Control (TT&C) communities. These products include configurations suitable for rack mount, modules for VME chassis and PC applications, and complete turnkey installations.

The model SP10-135A is a complete telemetry data encryption unit designed primarily for aircraft flight test use. It is factory configurable to be compatible with existing KUTA- or THORNTON-class equipment (68, 68B) or with KGV-135A-based equipment. It accepts crypto key fill from COMSEC fill devices such as the KOI-18 or KYK-13, as well as from electronic keyfill devices, via the L-3 Telemetry-East Loader Interface Module (LIM-135A).
