L-3 Telemetry-East has designed and developed a wide variety of aircraft flight test products ranging from simple encoder/transmitter systems to large scale master/remote Data Acquisition Systems (DAS). These systems have been used by virtually every large aircraft contractor on commercial programs, and by aerospace contractors and government agencies on critical military programs.

Missile programs such as Tomahawk, Stinger, Trident, and THAAD, to name a few, use L-3 Telemetry-East transmitters, encoders, signal conditioning, and data acquisition systems.
Precision Munitions Test
L-3 Telemetry-East has developed a unique, modular product consisting of a PCM encoder and S-Band transmitter used in projectile test applications. These units can be modified to accommodate virtually any requirement and can be physically repackaged to meet a wide variety of form factors, depending on installation needs.
Telemetry Ground Equipment
L-3 Telemetry-East manufactures a wide variety of telemetry ground equipment, including receivers, complete computer-controlled ground stations, and a wide variety of support products servicing the range telemetry, space data, signal intelligence, and satellite Telemetry, Tracking and Control (TT&C) communities. These products include configurations suitable for rack mount, modules for VME chassis and PC applications, and complete turnkey installations.

The PCI-2070 Telemetry Receiver provides single RF frequency or full Lower-L, Upper-L, and S-Band coverage in a single board PCI form factor. Fully programmable Digital Signal Processing (DSP) algorithms implemented in state-of-the-art Field Programmable Arrays (FPGAs) allow for rapid customization and product enhancements. The receiver is capable of accepting RF input signals as low as -70 dBm and digitally demodulating FM, FSK, PM, BPSK, QPSK, and OQPSK data.
The PCI-2070 also uses Finite Impulse Response (FIR) filters, multi-stage recursive decimation filters, Modulated Numerically Controlled Oscillators (MNCO), and DSP implemented Phase Lock Loops (PLL) which negates any requirement for calibration or tuning.
