Missile programs such as Tomahawk, Stinger, Trident, and THAAD, to name a few, use L-3 Telemetry-East transmitters, encoders, signal conditioning, and data acquisition systems.
Precision Munitions Test
L-3 Telemetry-East has developed a unique, modular product consisting of a PCM encoder and S-Band transmitter used in projectile test applications. These units can be modified to accommodate virtually any requirement and can be physically repackaged to meet a wide variety of form factors, depending on installation needs.
Telemetry Ground Equipment
L-3 Telemetry-East manufactures a wide variety of telemetry ground equipment, including receivers, complete computer-controlled ground stations, and a wide variety of support products servicing the range telemetry, space data, signal intelligence, and satellite Telemetry, Tracking and Control (TT&C) communities. These products include configurations suitable for rack mount, modules for VME chassis and PC applications, and complete turnkey installations.

The GSC2000-002 is a portable, network-based data management system for controlling a Data Acquisition System (DAS), and also providing a variety of checkout, display and real time data monitoring capabilities. The GSC2000 consists of a Panasonic Toughbook laptop with daylight readable display loaded with the Vista TEC configuration and display software, and a standalone Compact Data Manager (CDM) that provides the programming and data gateway between the GSC and the DAS.
The size and network capability of the CDM allows the unit to be located and powered in either commercial (115/230VAC) or airborne (28VDC) environments. Combined into a tightly coupled system, these state-of-the-art components provide
flight test engineers with powerful and convenient access for setup and evaluation of flight test data acquisition systems.
